Orders are produced and shipped from Florida. The UPS shipping map abovr shows the time it takes (days are business days, do not count Saturday or Sunday) for your order to be delivered once it has been shipped. Orders are usually shipped out from our production facility in 5 business days (Monday through Friday are business days) or less, so most orders should be delivered in 10 business days. We use UPS for our shipping, because they are very reliable in their delivery timetable. When your completed order ships we send you an email with your tracking number for your order, so you will be able to track your order every step of the way. 

If this time frame is too close to the time that it is needed, please call us or let us know in the “comments box” (the comments box comes up a few pages into the order process)about expediting your order.

If the goods you receive are defective, broken… but cause not by you, we will send you a replacement product or refund you (if you want the refund, you need to send the package back).

Yourartsy will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout process was inaccurate or incomplete.

If your tracking says your package was delivered but you did not receive it or the package is missing, it is your responsibility to first contact your local USPS carrier to report the issue concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel. Once you have contacted the Post office concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel, please email us at [email protected] along with your open case number from the shipping carrier for the lost package and we will work with you to see if we will need to re-send your order or issue a refund on a case-by-case basis.
